    I have been waiting for Bayor Contour test strips since Friday. My doctors office/health spring faxed over the prescription for clonazepam and put down 2 instead of 2 boxes of say 50 or 100. So today I called the office and pharmacy tech on duty told gal to call in the prescription!! So she did and twice she was put on hold and second time she left a voice mail but no diagnostic code which was on the first prescription! So unless the calls are audited and saved, I asked the gal tech at 5:40 pm Texas time today, Aug 19, 2014 why she did not use the diagnostic code that was on the first... More...
